BOROPBY can ship to virtually any address in the world. 
We ship orders via Japan Post(USPS) within 3-5 business days after payment.
International orders have the option between shipping via e-Packet or EMS.
e-Packet can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the country. EMS typically takes 3-7 business days.
Delivery date and time cannot be scheduled. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 
The shipping rates for the items are weight-based. 
You can estimate the shipping cost in the Cart or on the Order Confirmation page.
If you have a shipping preference, this can be chosen at checkout.
If your order qualifies for free shipping, we ship the order by EMS.

The package will be insured. However, if the product is damaged during the shipping, please let us know and go to your nearest post office to have them issue a damage report. Please be advised that once a damage report is submitted, your payment will be refunded.

Payment

We accept a payment by PayPal, Credit cards, and Google wallet.

 There is a possibility that your ordered item may be out of stock since we have another shop in Japan. If your ordered item is out of stock, we will issue a refund as soon as possilbe.

Duty & Tax

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
- These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
- We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” - International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery.
We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
All shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is determined to be defective or damaged. 
In addition, customs, duties, taxes and any other applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer, and cannot be refunded. For change of mind returns or exchanges, the shipping charge will be at the customers expenses.

If you need to return the product, please CONTACT US with your order number and details.
It is necessary to send back the product to us by a shipping way(We accept the return only from USPS) with a tracking number.
Please note that all sale items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.

Non returnable conditions

- The item must be unused(Not only stains and scratches, but smells such as tobacco, perfume are also NG) and have all original packing, parts and tags. If you removed the tag, we can’t accept the return or exchange.
- The return passed more than 14 days from the delivery can not be accepted.
- All sale items are NOT refundable or exchangeable.
